To complete the control options for the agent service(s) it would be nice to be able to initiate a service restart from the HelloID agent pool management interface.

This isn't possible because in all situations you want to restart the service the portal has no communication with the agent.

I think the agent is unresponsive at that point and I think we can not restart the agend because the agent is still working on the datasources.

Kevin Lisowski Can you eloborate on the use case for needing to restart the service?

Mike Sheldon: I believe I was working on some forms and the datasource hung loading. We ended up having to find the connected agent and restart it directly from the host.
