Currently, the HelloID API utilizes basic authentication to communicate with the customer's HelloID tenant. While basic authentication is simple and widely supported, it has limitations in terms of security and scalability. This request proposes upgrading the authentication mechanism to OAuth2 or OpenID Connect (OIDC) for improved security, flexibility, and future-proofing.

Please add an option in Custom Events to compare against the current date as I would like to trigger a custom event only during a specific period of the year. Example: I only want to trigger a notification when the class of a student changes during the school year and not during summer holidays. That is because almost all students will change classes during the summer so it is to be expected and, not unimportant, that would trigger a lot of notifications which are all not useful. The school only want to receive a notification on changes during the school year as a lead to do some checks.

It would be nice to expand the general-license index with extra fields describing the current number of purchased licenses (to be able to compare it to the accessManagementCount, provisioningCount, governanceCount and serviceAutomationcount fields) - to calculate the number of PAYG licences. The goal is to be able to determine if the number of TIER licences is insufficient and to plot the number of counted and purchased licenses into a graph (within our own monitoring solution).

We have widescreen monitors with higher resolution. It would be nice if the admin portal where more responsive and would make better use of the available screen real-estate. Currently there are large area's of empty space while the relevant information is squished in a small box. For instance the application overview. See attached screenshot.

At this moment Mailjet provides a 1K key for DKIM; the current standard is 2K.

To be able to separate all external parties which are abe to send e-mails through our mail domain it would be a good practice to be able to add a subdomain to the HelloID mailingsystem.

The Governance module is now in preview and some customers already use this feature. would be nice to see the license counts in elastic for these tenants.

I would be nice if it would be possible to be able to create a delegated form that a customer can create it's own business rules in provisioning

Sometimes we get the message and mail with the text 'Execution of datasource has failed' see attachment. Is there also an option to include the form name in this message to avoid searching for it?

We would like to run a scheduled task every 26 weeks (twice a year). I can only select a minute interval, hourly, daily, weekly or on specific days. There's no option to shedule a Automation Task every x minutes, hours, days, weeks or months.
