Use a fixed synched (configurable) Attribute to use for eMail MFA. So that the user is (optional) not able to change that address and the admin is able to define which address is to be used for the eMail Factor.

This is a much needed enhancement for our school district. We put out a test group and users accidentally signed up with the pre filled in email address.

I would also like to suggest additional configuration for email MFA. Having the ability to set it for user-entered data versus a selectable attribute would be preferable if the default email is likewise protected behind SSO/Access Management.
