Support OpenID Refresh token flow

Currently HelloID is not supporting the OpenIDconnect refresh token flow. This is causing additional logins in especially mobile applications where end-users are retrieving a login prompt when the application tries to refresh the current token.

Is it possible to add this flow as stated in https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0.html#RefreshTokens ?
