Filter product requests and form activities by task state

A new Task state filter is available on the Product request history, Recertification request history, and Delegated form activities pages. Use it to filter product requests and form submissions by the state of the related product actions or tasks, such as successful, pending or failed. This makes it easier to identify items that need attention.
