If I look at the UI of helloID from a 'User-centered design' of a 'Form follows function' point of view than I see many problem.
I will put a few examples here:
1. The same “Wrench” Icon is used on Multiple places of Totally different functions.
2. The main menu isn’t clearly a mean menu (The left menu feels more important)
3. The “Source configuration” is hard to find. (It’s the only menu on the right.)
If you want HelloID to be user friendly then there is a lot to gain. I sadly don’t have the time to make full rapport for free. But I would be nice if HelloID was user-friendly enough that a smart person doesn’t have to follow any training or read any documentation to be able to use HelloID.
Most buttons are not in a logical place and not well explained/ labelled. This makes it harder to use and makes the use of documentation (or training) essential.
