Use ISO Date format
Mike Sheldon
We should use the iso date format instead of the European standard

It would also be nice for delegated forms to show ISO date format.

Some more inconsistencies in Provisioning with dates that would be nice to be configurable or changed to ISO format.

Mike Sheldon Do you mean on scripting level or visibility? And could you give me an example of where we're not using ISO date format? As example this is the result of a form which is in ISO date format dateTime: 2020-01-21T07:04:04.047Z

Rick van den Dijssel: Yes, let me clarify. In the user interface there are many areas where dd-mm-yyyy is used versus the ISO standard
Here is a list of some of the areas
- Directory > Users > Edit User > Last Login (mm/dd/yyyy h:m)
- Automation > Task History (mm-d-yyyy hh:dd:ss)
- Task History > Task Details (dd-m-yyyy hh:mm:ss)
- Self Service > Request History (hh:mm:ss dd-mm-yyyy)
- Request History > Request Details (h:mm dd-mm-yyyy)
- Delegation > Delegated Forms > Edit Form > Submissions (hh:mm:ss dd-mm-yyyy)
As you can see in the examples above there are about 5 different formats used across the interface.

Another spot that would need to be updated Provisioning > Source Systems > Configuration
