Different time schedule options for scheduling

I would like to have a solution for:
With the addjustment of the daylight savings time my scheduled import between 2:00 and 3:00 seems to have changed to between 1:00 and 2:00. (-1 hour).
This could be a problem when external systems depending on the enforcement of helloID or vice versa.

This is so wrong! All dependent systems change time, not schedule. So scheduled at 5am, after time change still is 5am. Not 6am or 4am. This is unexpected behavior and should be changed.

Currently we use the same logic as the windows schedular (it also shifts the time by default). This was by design because the external systems dependend on the windows schedular would still work. Changing this isn't an option because it could break current implementations. Therefore this request is seen as the ability to select another scheduling time logic when creating a import schedule.
