Force update permission definition

We would like to force (re)grant or update the permissions of a permission definition of a system. This contains all the permissions of a permission definition so it includes sub permissions (formerly known as dynamic permissions)
Suggested solution:
- Add a force update permission button on each permission definition in the Powershell Target connector.
- This executes the update or grant action on permission for all persons entitlement in scope.

Force Update Dynamic Permissions

I would like the option to force update dynamic permissions. In case the add process went wrong somehow or just to re-assure users have the rights they are entitled to.

This is definitely needed, I could see this being implemented in two ways
Option 1) A button that allows for a force update on all permissions
Option 2) On enforcement, always check and enforcement updates for dynamic permissions.
I think Option 1 maybe the best solution but perhaps someone else has a better idea.

Mike Sheldon: option one is also my favorite but... I'll always wanne know the impact of update before hitting the force update button. Just in case something unexpected happened.
