Management of user directories

As an HelloID administrator, I would like to configure the directories which should be created and updated in AD account. This way we can create home directories and profile directories for a user on AD creation.
This is needed because a lot of customers are using the home directory attribute in AD. This contains a shared path to a folder which has in most cases the sAMaccountName as the folder name. For which the user has read+write permission. The folder should be moved to an archive directory on the deletion of AD account.
Optionally enable the creation of directories for the following situations
Home directory
Profile directory
TS Home directory (Remote)
TS Profile directory (Remote)
Configure the path for each directory when enabled
Configure drive letter
Configure archive option for each directory
Configure archive path for each directory when archive is enabled
Create directories on (after) AD account creation and set AD attributes
Archive (move) directories on (after) AD account deletion

I would like to be able to manage creation/move/deletion/permissions of user directories including home and profile directories (and possibly custom directories used by the customer).
Along with this the folders should be archived/deleted according to specific rules set by the administrator. such as when accounts are disabled/deleted and/or after certain period(s) of time
Ideally this would be configurable for different rules i.e. based on department/role/location etc.
