An option to not delete user accounts when they fall out of scope of a rule may be a good addition.

We have customers who need to keep accounts for a long period of time/indefinitely for a number of reasons. And would want manual control over account deletions.

Not delete AD accounts

As a HelloID Administrator, I would like to have the option to NOT delete AD accounts.

Add a option to not delete accounts when they fall out of scope.
Add a option to not delete accounts when the entitlement being revoked from the rule.

Being able to not delete AD accounts makes it possible to leave accounts unmanaged.
