Option to Resend a notification

I recently have users where not all the notification emails where send. I can find this in the audit log. And one of these emails contained the password. And notifications are the only official way to get the password of a new created user. So please add a option to resend notifications.

As a HelloID administrator, I want the ability to manually retry actions for notifications sent through external systems (such as Topdesk or an SMS gateway). This is necessary because notifications may fail due to issues such as incorrectly set permissions, an incorrect phone number, or insufficient credits.
Having the option to manually retry these actions will improve our notification handling process and ensure that important messages are successfully delivered.

with the notification target system we have auditlogs, but often it is not clear why the error occurs. This is depends on the system, what it logs as auditmessage. There is currently no retry option. I believe this is due to the fact that the notifications are not treated as entitlements in HelloID. I also believe errors in de notification target systems currently does not automatically create an incident in the HelloID portal.

It would be a nice feature if the option for resending notifications is possible. And also if you can choose to whom you want to resend it to. In case you need to send it to a differend manager (in case of holliday, absence, and also we have locations that have more than one manager).

- Can you provide more details about the frequency of the issue where notifications are not sent?
- Are there specific conditions or triggers that you've noticed which cause the notifications to not be sent?
- What information would you like to be included in the resent notification?

- It has luckily a low frequently. But because the password are in it, i now have 2 options: Temporary change the business rules so the new account(s) are removed and the change them back to remake them. Or manual generate a new password. Reset the user account(s) to this new password and manually generate the emails.
- No i have no clue. The last time some emails where send and others notifications of the same account failed.
- I want to resend the exact notification. But the suggestion of Kim B. would be nice if you can change the recipient.
