Sort Columns for Business Rules

We have a naming convention for business rules that adds a prefix or two to our naming. This works for most days, but if using on a screen with 1920*1200, I still can not see enough of the name to pick the right rule for management.
We could make the names of the prefix shorter, but it seems like resizable or customizing the display of which columns would be a good feature to add to not require a compromise on other function.
Other suggestions would be to allow the left navigation to be collapsed, or allowing the persons pane on the right to be hidden if needed. All of these would be great additions to the UI.

- I would say that the name column is the main one that would be of importance to size to see further in the title. I normally work on a 2K monitor, which makes this a non-issue. I have a colleague that is affected by this issue regularly due to smaller than 2k resolution. I need to do anything with rules outside of business hours or while otherwise just on my laptop screen, the current UI is very cumbersome for the rules with those names.
As far as customization, I was thinking if there was an option to remove columns, I could remove whatever wasn't relevant for the work I am doing to make the name column larger.
- I adjust business rules quite frequently, and then it just is the overlap with not having 2k resolution to create the issue.
- Yes. I don't like collapsing panes as a general rule, as it adds clicks to navigations, but more clicks is better than having to open one of the three policies that show the same due to longer names, having to exit out, scroll back down, and open the 2nd one, etc.
Another option for the UI could be to set a static width to the columns that don't need the space.

Hello Cory Knutson! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific columns would you like to be resizable or customizable?
- How often do you need to adjust the view to manage business rules effectively?
- Would collapsing the left navigation or hiding the right pane impact your workflow in any way?
