Currently, the side slide-in shows self-service product and request history information. I would like to see additional information about the recertification reason. This can be one or multiple reasons with detailed information. For instance, in cases of product segregation, it should include the number and names of the conflicting products. In situations involving multiple assignments, it should provide other relevant request details. This enhancement will help users better understand the context and rationale behind recertification requests, leading to more informed decision-making.
