Add support for datasources with conditional visibility

As an HelloID administrator, I would like to be able to use values from any (static or task) datasource when configuring conditional visibility.
Therefore I need to be able to select the following options:
- reference object (ex: grid component)
- reference attribute (ex: givenname)
- condition (ex: equals)
- value: text input

Agreed. If an form input uses a data source right then you can open do conditional visibility on their input of "has value" or "has no value". This needs to have "Equals" and "Is Not" available as well.
