At this moment a product reqeust can only be validated from within the HelloID portal.
The HelloID portal cannot be used from a smartphone device, so it’s nessary to log on from a desktop, laptop, tablet, etc.
It would be nice when the apparavol request could be validated directly from a link within the e-mail notification.
This would improve the experience for the manager drasticly, saving him time authorizing requests "on the fly".
The screenshot below are made on a mobile device, showing why it is impossible to use a mobile phone to approve a request.

We're gradually improving the mobile support and the first results should be in the Feb 2020 release. This request is seen as the improvement to approve a request directly from the email notification in the case a comment isn't required.
