Note: this feature is part of the milestone "Recertification" and requires the HelloID Governance module license.
This feature introduces new Elastic messages for tracking recertification requests. Each recertification campaign calculation results in the selection of assigned products. These calculation results are already logged into Elastic for reporting. Some of these results are already included in ongoing recertification due to their association with other campaigns, while others are newly added for recertification.
The new Elastic messages will cover the following scenarios:
  • A new recertification request is added
  • A recertification request has been approved or denied (and returned)
  • A recertification request has been updated (e.g. linked to a new campaign)
  • A recertification request has been remove (e.g. the product request has been returned by the employee)
This feature will add new functionality to recertifications, but still has some limitations. To manage this, we will implement a feature flag until a minimally functional set of capabilities is fully released. This approach ensures proper handling of recertification requests, including multiple assignments, conflicting products, and administrative override functionality.
