We'd like to see a feature where we can utilize the pricing of a product in the product catalog. Right now i can specify a license that would cost, for example, 10 euros. However i cant give users a budget to 'spend' this money. I believe this could be a usefull feature for customers that want to manage cost using self service. I think the best way to implement this feature would be to add a boolean (see image). I believe you should also be able to hide the price and still be able to use this feature. In addition there would need to be a way to set a budget for users. That would require budget policies to be assignable to users, and perhaps require a new role 'Budget managers' to manage these budgets.

I believe this feature would be a good addition to the Governance Module, to offer more budget based governance to customers and add a use case to providing pricing for a product.
