Notify product owner when product is out of stock

We would like to see the option to enable a button when the product is out of stock. The button then serves as a way to notify the product owner. When the end-user clicks on it the product owner will receive an e-mail stating that the product is out of stock.

To create high availability we would like to be able to create notifications when certain products/licences are (almost) out of stock. For example when the MS Vision licences are at 90%. Notification to a configurable roll/employee.
Another option is an overview of all products and their current stock (by number and % available).

How about including a notification to the productowner (or anther roll) when a product/licence is almost out of stock, for example with an configurable percentage setting.

And maybe a button to notify me when on stock. So the end-user can 'subscribe' to the product and receives an e-mail when the product has stock.
