Note: this feature is part of the milestone "Recertification" and requires the HelloID Governance module license.
Currently, a summary email is sent after a new campaign calculation has been completed for all next approvers with new recertification requests. This feature introduces a periodic summary email that reminds the recipient of open recertification requests.
  • Provide an option to enable or disable the periodic reminder email
  • Allow configuration of the day of the week and the weekly interval (e.g., every 2 or 3 weeks)
  • The email contains the total number of open recertification requests assigned to the recipient
  • The email includes a direct link to the recertification request overview in HelloID
This feature will add new functionality to recertifications, but still has some limitations. To manage this, we will implement a feature flag until a minimally functional set of capabilities is fully released. This approach ensures proper handling of recertification requests, including multiple assignments, conflicting products, and administrative override functionality.
