A new recertification campaign calculation may generate new recertification requests. This feature will introduce a summary email notification for each approver who has received new recertification requests.
This ensures that approvers stay informed about new requests assigned to them after a recertification campaign recalculation.
  • One summary email per next approver who has one or multiple new recertification requests
  • The email will list the number of new recertification requests and the total number of open recertification requests for the recipient
  • The email provides a direct link to the recertification request overview of HelloID
This feature will add new functionality to recertifications, but still has some limitations. To manage this, we will implement a feature flag until a minimally functional set of capabilities is fully released. This approach ensures proper handling of recertification requests, including multiple assignments, conflicting products, and administrative override functionality.
