Note: this feature is part of the milestone "Recertification" and requires the HelloID Governance module license.

Currently, when a time-limited product is part of a recertification campaign, the return date remains unchanged after recertification. This feature will allow the product's time limit to be extended upon recertification.

When a product is recertified as part of a campaign, the system will automatically update its return date based on the maximum number of days configured for the product time limit. This ensures that recertified products align with their expected lifecycle and do not expire prematurely.

This feature will add new functionality to recertifications, but still has some limitations. To manage this, we will implement a feature flag until a minimally functional set of capabilities is fully released. This approach ensures proper handling of recertification requests, including multiple assignments, conflicting products, and administrative override functionality.
