Following the "Improperly Assigned Products" system campaign and various custom campaigns (2024.08 release), we need a new system campaign to identify all assigned products not covered by any existing system or custom campaigns. This new campaign will be called "Product Assignments not linked to any campaign".

This new campaign will enhance the oversight of product assignments and ensure no products are missed in the recertification process.
