Provide the ability to setup more than one manager. Keep the existing manager attribute as the "primary manager" and have additional attribute for 1 or more managers.

Since Windows Powershell 5.1 doens't get any feature updates anymore, and Powershell 7 has some notable performance improvements it would be nice to specify the powershell version with which we want to run datasource and delegated form scripts with. Also the helloid cloud agent only supports powershell 7, so it makes sense to also support this on a locally installed system.

Currently, when a Delegated Form or Product is deleted in HelloID Service Automation, the linked datasources and dynamic forms remain. We would like to see an option to delete these linked elements as well, as it is often not desired to keep them. Typically, each product or delegated form uses its own datasource(s) and dynamic form, so the option to immediately clean up would be beneficial. Scenario: A Delegated Form or Product is deleted, but the linked datasources and dynamic forms remain in the system. Over time, this leads to dozens of unused dynamic forms and datasources cluttering the HelloID tenant. Manual removal of these unused elements is time-consuming and inefficient. Proposal: Option to Delete Linked Elements: Provide an option/choice to delete linked datasources and dynamic forms when deleting a Delegated Form or Product. Benefits: Improved Usability: Users can easily remove outdated or unnecessary datasources and forms, leading to a cleaner and more organized interface. Enhanced Efficiency: Reducing clutter helps users find and manage relevant datasources and forms more quickly. Better Resource Management: Helps in maintaining an optimal and efficient system by removing redundant elements.

We would like a faster internal user selector, for 8000 users it takes about 20/25 seconds to load up the user selector. Perhaps require an input before searching users.

I would like to create a form to create temporary AD accounts where it is not possible to set the expire date of the account further in the future than 1 week/month/year. I would like to be able to set a maximum(and/or minimum) amount of days in the form editor to validate the selected date compared to the current date.

As an HelloID administrator, I would like to be able to use values from any (static or task) datasource when configuring conditional visibility. Therefore I need to be able to select the following options: reference object (ex: grid component) reference attribute (ex: givenname) condition (ex: equals) value: text input

Hello, we're fairly new customers and making use of a dual list in one of our delegated forms. The ">>" and "<<" buttons that move the entire list over leave the opportunity open for our internal users to do some damage. I would like to request the capability of either disabling these buttons, or the preferred option is the option to remove them entirely for a cleaner look to the form. I see this was requested in 2020 and didn't gain much traction as far as upvotes, but we'd greatly appreciate this capability at our company! I anticipate several uses for these dual lists down the road. Thank you for considering

I don't want anyone to add all groups to a user. I would like this button to turn off. Or give the person a popup when he selects more lets say 5 at the time.

Currently approvers only receive an emailed notification once. Would like to see repeating reminders for when approval request are still open after x-number of days

We would like to see a functionality added to an SA form that makes the “submit” button optional. We use an SA form to look up members or owners of a team, for example. It's not about sending a request and the “submit” button causes confusion for the end user
